Return Timeframe: We offer a 3-day easy return policy. Kindly request a return within 3 days (72 hours) from the receipt of your product. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by the invoice, and returned in the original box provided. Please note that nose pins are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges based on the order value are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the case of manufacturing defects or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Return Methods: We offer two convenient methods for returning items:
- Doorstep Return Pickup: We provide a doorstep return pickup facility at a nominal cost of Rs 100 per package. However, this service is free in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Self-Ship: Alternatively, you can ship the product to our return address provided below within 3 days of receiving the item. Once shipped, please share the tracking details (receipt) for our reference.
